That seems nuts. On week 3 my 1+ set should be at my 5RM weight?? And my 5x5 weight on week 1 should be at my 10RM weight? That seems way too light.

I agree, the "5/3/1" branding leads to a lot of confusion. But yeah, on the first 1 week, that last top set should probably be around 10 reps.

I want to make a spreadsheet that shows what the weights look like over the course of 16 weeks. It gets heavy! But I worry Wendler would find out and get pissed at me. I can make one for you though, Laurent...
